And must not really have a good understanding of basic troubleshooting. well, you clearly didn't actually read through the thread. Given the comments you've made about the troubles you're having, I'll bet there's some advice there on doing things differently that would help you a lot. that's probably either an underscore ( _ ) or a hyphen ( - ). if they've got a "space" in the typical presentation of the name, like say Bob Howes. they've been very good at answering when I've posted over there and used the Jive-forum technique of an symbol followed by their user-name. Look for help from say ryclark, Bob Howes, or SteveG(AudioMasters). the Audition forum has really the best brains/experience set available in sound on these forums, most of them also are quite familiar with sound in PrPro as compared to sound in Audition, and can really give good info on what's the better choices for doing certain things from recording to post to delivery. There are a few "here" who are quite experienced, and past shooter's recommendation of John Smith, there are several others. Hence some of the comments here, including shooter's. we've typically figured out what we need to get our stuff done, and may not have a great deal of expertise past that.
